Hiap Seng Piling Construction began as a specialized piling contractor in 1978. Over the years, the company grew by leaps and bounds, exploring various challenging projects and accumulated experiences and skills in project management’s services, constructions and foundation services. Throughout the challenges, Hiap Seng Piling Construction Pte Ltd further enhance execution to deliver a better quality of work, efficiency and safety of workers on construction site.
We are now registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the specialist piling grade of C4 under the piling license which allows us to tender for Public Sector projects. Quality is never by coincidence and so, we look to every opportunity in providing the best the best to clients.

Hiap Seng Building Construction began as a specialized building contractor in 2015. The directors of the Hiap Seng Buildings Construction was previously managing Hiap Seng Piling Construction to execute building jobs from 2003.
We are now registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the financial grade of C2 under the Class 2 GB (General Builder) license which allows us to tender for Public Sectors projects up to SGD$1.3 million. Currently, Hiap Seng Building Construction are mainly based in Singapore focusing on upgrading projects, institutional and commercial projects and private residential projects including Semi-D Terrace houses and Good Class bungalows.
